Very informative course that helped me learn how i can do more as a man

I did the course alone - I think it would be better with multiple people and a conversation, but even alone I found it useful and thought-provoking. I think it is incredibly valuable to have thought about potential situations in advance, so you have something to go on when deciding how to intervene in future and enabling you to act faster and more safely. Great course.

It's startling and humbling, and also shameful to know what women have gone through. This course is an amazing source material to be able to take the first step on opening your eyes to the issues women face in society.

Particularly loved the mental load activity, it opened up more of a conversation and understanding with my wife. These tools are great and, given the state of things, should be the bare minimum is men have as a starting point.

Another very necessary course, thank you to those who made it! I'm not a carer or parent (or teacher), but this is still increasingly important to know this material when discussing the manosphere with other men & boys.

This is a very well structured introductory course to help understand the sheer magnitude and ubiquity of the harassment experienced. It should leave you feeling outraged and frustrated; which you can then turn into action through the further learning, the ambassador programme and your day to day discussions and actions.

Informative course answering some real questions about being a bystander, and tools on how to still help.

Everything was clear and useful. I strongly encourage EVERYONE, no mater your current mindset, age or gender, to complete this course. It helped me gain knowledge and vocalise things about women’s (and men’s ) struggles I didn’t know how to previously phrase.

This course will give you the tools you need to start a conversation with the ones you love. The tools can also support you communication with anyone.

I'm at a period in my life where I have become aware that I struggle to take responsibility and accountability for my actions. This course, and the courses I want to take in the near future, are a tangible way for me to begin taking action in my life to work on my own feelings and to stand-up for what I believe in.

I have worn this so much since I bought it!! The inside is super soft, and I bought an XL so I can wear on days that I’m not even feeling confident. I’ve worn this with a skirt and tights (super stylish), i’ve worn it with sweats, i can dress it up or down and I am obsessed!!!

So far this has been the most meaningful thing I feel like I could have done as contribution to this matter, and I'm extremely grateful for the existence of HASSL.

This is an excellent resource if you want to learn what you can do when a woman is being harassed. It helped increase my confidence in knowing that/how I can offer support and gave me insights in the possibilities to deescalate or make women feel less alone in these situations. I highly recommend men taking this course. The problem started with men, let’s be part of the solution too.

This is a fantastic course. The simple language and manner in which complex issues connected to patriarchy and women's rights are broken down and explained are brilliant. If you're ready to challenge your perceptions and beliefs about women's rights, this is the course for you. This banger of a quote is still resonating with me; "Inequality increases violence, and violence entrenches inequality."

It is perfect but rather small. I am usually a 10 or 12 & ordered Medium but now feel large would be a far better fit

Wow, this was eye-opening. And infuriating. Even as a woman, I was blown away by how many things I unconsciously carry and tend to, all in the interest of staying alive. Thanks, society (insert sarcasm).

Just finished the Bystander Intervention course with my partner. We found this course really empowering for both men and women in understanding how we can effectively intervene as bystanders. We especially appreciated how the course acknowledged that who we are can affect how it feels safe and accessible for to intervene. Taking this course together was a really positive way to have a conversation about this important issue and share our perspectives and experiences, and we both feel better equipped to safely intervene on behalf of others in the future.
