We already have harassment training – is this different?

Most anti-harassment training for workplaces focus on internal misconduct. This one tackles what happens in public - giving your team the tools to step in, and feel safer. This focuses on public spaces relative to work on beyond - (commutes, events, social settings) where policies don’t reach, and empowers employees to act, not just know.

Can we participate if we are not UK based?

Yes - remote delivery is available worldwide.
