HASSL Speaks with Green Party Members

Today, HASSL took our mission to Sheffield to meet with members of the Green Party and talk about the urgent need to tackle harassment at its root.

In the session, our founder Amy Watson shared the work HASSL is doing - from campaigns and ambassador programs to training and upcoming tools - and invited community leaders, decision-makers, and everyday allies to get behind real action, not just words.

This conversation was about more than raising awareness. It was about growing our community and support network so that systemic change becomes possible. Real change takes teamwork, and meetings like this bring together the people who can help drive it: political decision-makers, campaigners, and local advocates who can amplify our work on the ground.

This milestone is part of Stage 3 of our five-stage plan: building coalitions, engaging with policymakers, and turning awareness into concrete action. By connecting with parties and local leaders, we take one more step toward embedding safety into policy and creating long-term cultural and structural change.
