HASSL Launches Ambassador Engagement Questionnaire

Today, HASSL launched our first Ambassador Engagement Questionnaire - a key step in continuously improving the experience for our global ambassador network.

The survey is open to every ambassador, whether they’ve been highly active or haven’t yet logged in, and gives them the chance to share what’s working, what’s missing, and what would help them get more involved. Their feedback will directly shape the next phase of the ambassador journey - from new tasks and events to how we communicate and collaborate.

This matters because ambassadors aren’t just followers of HASSL, they’re active participants in the movement. Gathering their input helps us keep building a platform that is supportive, engaging, and impactful, no matter where they are in the world.

We intend to keep this questionnaire open indefinitely, so we can continue receiving new feedback to help shape the ambassador experience and optimise it's effectiveness in creating change.

Launching this questionnaire is part of Stage 3 of our five-stage plan: deepening ambassador engagement, improving inclusivity, and building a movement that reflects the needs of the people powering it.
