HASSL joins LexTalks Podcast - talking to young men about change

HASSL founder Amy Watson joined the LexTalks Podcast - a growing platform dedicated to tackling misogyny, harassment, and the influence of the manosphere, with a focus on educating young men and boys.

Hosted by Lex, the podcast reaches a growing audience of boys and young men who are questioning the messages they see online and want to do better. The conversation focused on how cultural conditioning, social media, and outdated beliefs contribute to everyday sexism, and what real accountability and allyship look like.

In this upcoming episode, airing in November 2025, Amy and host Lex discuss the root causes of harassment and the importance of involving men in the conversation. Amy shared HASSL’s prevention-first approach, breaking down why “teaching women to stay safe” doesn’t solve the problem, and how shifting focus to education, empathy, and early intervention can change behaviour long before harm happens.

LexTalks has become an important voice in the movement to re-educate and empower young men online, countering misinformation and helping audiences unlearn toxic narratives spread by the manosphere.

This collaboration perfectly aligns with Stage 3 of HASSL’s five-stage plan - scaling education and culture change globally. By reaching younger male audiences in particular, HASSL continues to bridge divides, shift mindsets, and build the shared understanding needed to tackle harassment at its root.

🎧 Episode airs November 2025, stay tuned on HASSL’s socials for the release.
