HASSL Joins Abbie Chatfield on "It’s A Lot" to Raise Awareness of Harassment and Misogyny

HASSL is proud to share that today, we joined broadcaster and activist Abbie Chatfield on her hit podcast It’s A Lot for a special episode dedicated to harassment and misogyny. It’s A Lot is one of Australia’s most popular culture and conversation podcasts, consistently reaching hundreds of thousands of listeners each week and sparking nationwide discussions on issues that matter.
Our goal was to meet Abbie’s highly engaged audience where they are and give them tools to move from awareness to advocacy. Together, we unpacked the realities of public harassment, dismantled myths that keep the burden on women, discussed red pill content, toxic masculinity and dealing with online harassment, alongside exploring how everyone, regardless of gender, can play a role in creating safer communities.
Joining It’s A Lot was more than just media coverage – it was a strategic step in bringing HASSL’s message into mainstream cultural spaces. This milestone is a key part of Stage 3 of our five-stage plan: scaling education and shifting culture at a mass level. By partnering with influential voices like Abbie Chatfield, we ensure that harassment is recognised as a systemic issue and that practical solutions are put in front of the people who can make change happen.
