Today, HASSL launched its Workplace Training Referral Scheme - a strategic new way to scale our workplace training program while keeping marketing costs low and focusing resources where they matter most.
Here’s how it works:

This initiative is about more than rewards - it’s about making scalability possible for a tiny team. With just three people running HASSL, traditional outreach and business development would take enormous time and budget to manage. By empowering our community to make introductions, we bypass costly marketing and free up our team to focus on building new initiatives, delivering campaigns, and creating the tools that remain free and accessible to the public.
Workplace training is one of HASSL’s Stage 2 funding streams: to generate funds that to go straight back into education campaigns, reporting tools, and ambassador programs - meaning we can keep those initiatives free for everyone. The referral scheme makes this model even stronger by turning every supporter into an extension of our team, helping us grow our impact faster without increasing overhead.
