HASSL Launches Workplace Training Initiative to Educate and Fund Future Change
Share
Today, HASSL officially launched its Workplace Training Initiative - a program designed to help employers take an active role in tackling public harassment, while generating vital funding for the initiatives we keep free for the public.
Unlike traditional anti-harassment training, which focuses only on internal workplace misconduct, HASSL’s program looks at the bigger picture: harassment in public spaces, commutes, and work-related events. It equips employees with practical skills to recognise harassment, intervene safely, and challenge harmful norms - helping to create cultural change that reaches beyond office walls.
In 2025, we will run pilot sessions with selected partners to test and refine the training, ensuring it’s engaging and effective - alongside securing full priced bookings for 2026. From 2026, organisations that are ready to make a real commitment to safer spaces can book training whilst funding HASSL.

This initiative is part of Stage 2 of our five-stage plan: launching funding streams that double as education and awareness tools. Money raised through workplace training will go straight back into building other HASSL initiatives - from campaigns and reporting tools to resources, keeping them free and accessible for everyone.
By embedding prevention-focused education in workplaces, we’re not just funding HASSL’s growth, we’re creating ripple effects that change culture in the spaces where people spend most of their lives.
