HASSL Launches Design Space for Ambassadors

HASSL Launches Design Space for Ambassadors

Today, HASSL officially launched the Design Space - a dedicated space where ambassadors can use their creativity to help bring HASSL’s mission to life.

Until now, every part of HASSL’s visual identity has been created by our founder, from the logo and brand guidelines to the website design, merch, and campaign assets - because we don’t have a creative team. With a core team of just three people, and a non-existent budget, outsourcing design or hiring in-house hasn’t been possible.

But as HASSL has grown, so has the demand for new tools and materials - from posters and flyers to training decks and media packs, to help people take action in their communities. The Design Space gives ambassadors the opportunity to contribute their skills and help create those resources, so we can get them into people’s hands faster without taking funds away from building initiatives.

Ambassadors now have access to:

  • Full brand guidelines so every asset feels cohesive and recognisably HASSL
  • A live task tracker so volunteers can choose what to work on
  • A selection of ready-to-go design briefs

The Design Space was created to meet that demand - giving ambassadors the chance to design the tools that other ambassadors and the wider HASSL community can use to directly drive awareness, educate, and raise funds. For example:

  • Stickers and protest signs don’t just look good - they spread HASSL’s message everywhere and generate funds through merch sales.
  • Bystander intervention and HELP posters put practical tips in public spaces, helping change behaviour in real life, not just online.
  • Press and media packs make it easier for journalists and partners to feature HASSL, helping amplify the movement to new audiences.
  • Ambassador announcement templates help keep new sign-ups visible and encourage more people to join the program.
  • Training deck and explainer animations make workplace education more engaging, helping us shift culture where it matters.
  • Flyers, leaflets, and posters so ambassadors can spread awareness locally

This launch matters because it allows ambassadors to play a hands-on role in shaping the resources that fuel HASSL’s growth. It means we can stay lean, keep costs low, and continue directing as much funding as possible into building initiatives rather than overhead.

The Design Space is a key part of Stage 3 of our five-stage plan: giving our global community the tools to turn awareness into action, and ensuring HASSL’s movement continues to grow without losing its distinctive identity.
