HASSL Launches Onboarding & Policy Hub To Strengthen Global Ambassador Network

Today, HASSL took another big step forward in the development of our ambassador program with the launch of a formal onboarding process, extended Code of Conduct, new policies, and ambassador guidelines - giving our growing global network the structure it needs to thrive.

Up until now, the Ambassador Program has been running in an early-access format, allowing people to join, contribute, and shape the platform as it grew. But with over 1,500 ambassadors already involved (and counting), it became clear that we needed clear standards and systems to keep the space safe, inclusive, and effective.

This launch includes:

  • Structured Onboarding: A comprehensive 6 step onboarding program (est. 60 mins), helping every new ambassador understand HASSL’s mission, five-stage plan, and how they can contribute meaningfully.

  • Code of Conduct: Setting out expectations for respectful behaviour, inclusivity, and safety within the community.

  • Policy Hub: Putting in place a central area where all safeguarding, privacy and other appropriate policies can be accessed by ambassadors.

  • Role Guidance: Clear information about the ways ambassadors can get involved, from feedback to content to focus groups - so everyone knows how to take action.

This milestone matters because ambassadors are at the heart of HASSL’s movement. These frameworks make it possible to grow the network while maintaining a positive, well-managed community where everyone feels welcome and supported.

It’s also an important step in Stage 3 of our five-stage plan: creating infrastructure that allows HASSL to scale education and action worldwide without losing the culture and values that make the movement so powerful.
