HASSL's ‘Girls Just Wanna…’ Campaign Hits 2 Million Views
Share
HASSL’s very first awareness campaign, Girls Just Wanna…, has now surpassed 2 million views and 100,000 likes, sparking global conversations about the everyday harassment women face and the endless “rules” they are expected to follow just to stay safe.
The campaign resonated worldwide, with tens of thousands sharing it, commenting with their own experiences, and calling out the systems that force women to adapt instead of addressing the root causes of harassment.
Created by the HASSL Founder, utilising free online video tools - Amy created a powerful campaign that demonstrated huge impact can be made even without a budget.
Featuring a haunting cover of Girls Just Wanna Have Fun by artist RIELL, the campaign was designed to make women feel heard and to educate others, especially men, about the mental load women carry every day. Its reach and impact proves that people are ready to speak up, stand together, and demand real change.

This milestone is a key moment in Stage 3 of our five-stage plan: scaling education, growing awareness, and building cultural momentum to shift the conversation from individual safety to systemic accountability.
